Iforce Nutrition is back with a brand new supplement with an equally sweet name. This new supplement is called Swolemate! I can only imagine the bros and the workout buddies getting this product for Christmas this year. I would definitely get it for my Swolemate! But enough about the name, what is this new supplement?

Well this new supplement is for intra-workout. It includes 14 grams of BCAA's, 3.2 grams of Beta Alanine, some Citrulline and other ingredients not yet released. With these types of ingredients, it really hits you from all angles. You get the BCAA's for recovery and muscle preservation, you get the Beta Alanine at the clinical dose for muscle building and muscle endurance, but it also provides you with Citrulline so that you can get some nasty pumps when taking this product. Seems like a big winner from our side!

Now if you know iForce Nutrition, you might want to say...wait what about Compete, their current intra workout supplement.
